Consumptive Use Portion of the Plan:

With local stake holders we created an Integrative Water Management Plan for the Middle Colorado River. We focused on the consumptive use portion. Our work included conducting ditch inventories, writing the Appendix H: Middle Colorado River Agricultural Water Use Analysis and Infrastructure Assessment.
